Greetings Guildie performers and helpers!

This week we will be seting up our haunted house event!

Here is a rough idea of when we will be in the space. Tuesday 4:30pm -? Thursday 4:30pm - ? Friday Noon -11pm

I hope we are all almost ready! Food will be provided on all 3 days.

Greetings performers and helpers!

Today is the big day. A few things to know, please park in the grass and not in front of the building (unless you are unloading) we need that space for the outdoor activities. Please pick up all trash and anything in the way from around the space. I found a great deal of dirty napkins and empty water cans around the space. Garbage can is is the kitchen! Sound check should be finished and all perfomers in place by 6:30pm. The space will be open around 1pm today. (Thank you, Maria!) Each guild member participating gets a free face painting, but be sure to scedule a time with Maria today after she is set up, she cant be painting everyone at 5:45! Food for performers and helpers will be in the kitchen area, you may bring any kind of bev or snack you would like to share with everyone. Ill see everyone later today!

Guidies!

You guys were fantastic! This was probubly my favorite guild slam so far! What a fantastic turn out! We counted about 80 people in attendance! I am so proud of everyone! Everyone really rocked it tonight, especially Gorbo!

Clean up is tomorrow starting at 11am. Please, when you come pick up your shows, it would be great if you could help clean the space as well. We want to make sure its nice for when our hosts return. Dont forget to pick up a poster too!
