Greetings Guildies! Our slam has now been scheduled for October Friday the 13th, 6pm to 10pm! As we are approaching that date pretty quickly, what I need from our performers is a list of needs. please, fill out the following asap, I have to round up what everyone needs so please get this to me by this Saturday September 29th:Performers Name(s):Show Name:Show Length (keep it short! 5-8 minutes) : Stage size(LxWxH):Tech Requirements:Do you need a microphone?Do you need a sound system?Is your show live or prerecorded?Other Requests:Here is our line up!Interior:Anne West - BATS!Miker Heyn - Sinister the Evil MagicianJohn & Elaine Corbit - Zombie VacationJonathan West - Gory GormetJack Fields - Gorbo the giant vomiting headExterior:April Tennyson - Cosmic Kitty A new offering we will have is an outside booth to sell artwork. I have already asked a few local artists with spooky things to be there, but this is an opportunity for you to set our anything you have for sale as well, like puppets or cds from your shows. This will be a shared space, if you want to participate please let me know. You will need to be in charge of your own bags/change, but we will have someone else to watch the booth. We are also in need of a few volunteers who are not performing. Preferably 3 or 4. Volunteers will be put in costume (or wear your own). Two will lead the groups around the maze, One will watch the door and control the flow of visitors. Please let me know if you can help!Here is our schedule:*Tuesday October 10th, 10am-? : Haunted interior setup. I will be there setting up the maze/lights/etc and anyone who wishes to help can join me. At some point during this day all performers should be dropping off their shows and setting them up in their designated maze spot. You will be given an extension cord and power strip. This is an opportunity to practice your show in front of the rest of us in the space and figure out what hiccups need to be addressed. Please, do not try to skip this part, we want the show to look nice!*Thursday October 12th, 6PM : Final call for everything to be set up. Sound check and final details wrapped up. We will figure out a performance schedule that works comfortably for everyone, depending on how long the shows are combined.*Friday October 13th, 3:30PM : Arrive as early as you can! We still need to set a few things up outside. Also, free face painting for all guildies/ big potato members who want to look spooky for the night! Be ready to go by 5:30pm. Then we have all the fun!
