June 2018 Newsletter

Greetings Guildies!

I hope everyone had an amazing time at Fringe this year. Also, Mega con Looked like it had some great stuff as well! There was almost too much happening at the same time! There is not much on my radar for the upcoming months, but it seems like a good time to start organizing our slam! We now have a new Venue, the Veranda in Downtown Orlando. Its extremely beautiful, and I am thankful for the chance for us to perform there. If you have not seen it before , check it out: http://verandaevents.com/ . If you have some slam ideas now is the time to start working on them. We do not have a theme, but after a few ideas are born, we can see if one arises. If anyone has any finished pieces they want to give us a preview of, that would be great! We could do that at the next meeting if we have some volunteers! If not, I will arrange a restaurant meeting next so we can discuss our pieces. We should have our shirts soon as well.
